I don’t tend to get out much, so decided I’d take the plunge and go to the MeetDomainers event in Manchester for three days. It was a really great opportunity to meet people that I “knew” from this industry but never met. Made many new contacts and listened to the presentations from some great presenters who were willing to share their secrets. I now know where I’m going wrong with some of my sites so will be putting what I learned into practice this week.

Met so many interesting and influential people in the bar over the three days and one of the questions that cropped up several times from people that don’t know me was “what’s your best name?”. I have several “good” generic domains however most are currently being devloped so do not appear on this site as for sale, so this is my opportunity to answer the question. ecommerce.co.uk is without doubt my best domain name and is currently being developed (hence the holding page) and should be completed in the next few weeks.

Had an absolutley superb time and thanks must go to James for organising it and also to all the presenters such as Edwin and Morgan Linton who’s advice I will be implementing over the next few days/weeks.

Can’t wait for the next event.
