For many years people have wondered why the primary uk domain extension was .co.uk and not the shorter .uk. Stephen Fry wrote about his annoyance of the 3 extra keystrokes needed for a co.uk

On 10th June 2014 the new shorter .uk was finally released and Stephen Fry became the first adopter by launching StephenFry.uk which was only possible because we had donated StephenFry.co.uk to him previously.

We have decided to follow his example and move over to our lbe.uk. We currently have a portfolio of over 1,500 domains acquired by us for future development. Most of our undeveloped domains may be for sale.

There are many advantages of owning a generic domain name and a few of the main ones are listed below.

  • Stands out in search engine results which can encourage more clicks
  • Easier for your customers to remember
  • Adds credibility to your business
  • Prevents your competitors from owning it
  • Use email addresses of anything@thedomainname
  • No hosting, registrar services or content is included in any sale unless stated otherwise.

*Guide prices are for the specific domain name listed only.  (*n/a - Typically means that the domain is currently being developed but may still be for sale)

Offers below the guide price may result in an auction (typically at Sedo) where the final sale price can be above or below the guide price.
*E&OE - Although this site is regularly updated some domains may no longer be for sale or the price may have changed. Contact us for confirmation
